Dallas Capital Bank Announces Ramsey Emara as Vice President, Treasury Management Officer

Dallas, TX – May 11, 2026 – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Ramsey Emara as Vice President, Treasury Management Officer. Mr. Emara will report to Wendy Blackwell, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Treasury Management & Deposit Services.

Mr. Emara brings more than 20 years of banking experience to his new role, including Corporate Banking and Treasury Management roles. He will be responsible for serving new and existing clients with treasury management solutions and partnering with relationship managers to jointly grow deposit and treasury management business for the bank.
