Wendy Blackwell leads the Treasury Management group at Dallas Capital Bank and oversees New Product Development. With over 30 years of experience in Retail, Small Business, Middle Market, Commercial, and Corporate Banking, Wendy brings unparalleled expertise to our team. Before joining DCB as a foundational executive, Ms. Blackwell dedicated 25 years to BBVA Compass and its predecessors in Dallas, where she managed Commercial Deposit Services for a decade. Wendy actively contributes to her community, having served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters Collin County and the Plano Chamber of Commerce. She is also a long-time Junior League of Collin County member and is the immediate past President of the Metroplex Tennis League. She is currently a volunteer and foster for the Golden Retriever Rescue of North Texas.
