Ms. Blackwell leads the Treasury Management group for Dallas Capital Bank and serves as Director of New Product Development. She has 30+ years of experience in Retail, Small Business, Middle Market Commercial, and Corporate Banking. Before joining Dallas Capital Bank, Ms. Blackwell served for 25 years at BBVA Compass and predecessors in Dallas. During her last 10 years at BBVA, she managed Commercial Deposit Services, a specialty group focused on large cash and transactional commercial & treasury services clients. Ms. Blackwell has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters Collin County and the Plano Chamber of Commerce, and she is a long-time member of the Junior League of Collin County. She currently serves as President of the Metroplex Tennis League.
