Patrick Brown leads the Commercial Real Estate group at Dallas Capital Bank, bringing over two decades of experience in senior debt financing for real estate investors and developers across all property types, including retail, multi-family, industrial, office, lot development, and residential construction. Before joining Dallas Capital Bank, Patrick held executive roles in commercial lending, including at Bank OZK, honing his expertise in the Dallas market. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce. He is also actively involved in the community, serving on the board of directors of Family Compass and the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands, and supporting various non-profit organizations in Dallas.
