Doug Staley
Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer
Doug Staley is responsible for the risk governance functions of the bank. Doug is a 40-year banker with significant experience in risk management, credit administration, and special assets. He has served in senior levels of bank management for over 25 years including executive roles at Cadence Bank, Capital One Bank, and Hibernia National Bank. Mr. Staley earned a Bachelor of Science from East Texas A&M Commerce. Doug is a former board member of the Texas Bankers Association (TBA) and board member and previous board chair of the Texas Bankers Association Service Company.
