Doug Hutt is the Chairman and CEO of Dallas Capital Bank and the bank’s holding company, Park Cities Financial Group. A 40-year veteran banker and long-time executive, Doug previously led the acquisition of a regional bank and oversaw nationwide responsibility for Corporate and Specialized Industry activities at BBVA Compass and served as President of Compass Bank, Texas. During his 24-year tenure at Bank of America, Doug held various executive positions, including President of Bank of America, Dallas. He is deeply committed to civic engagement, having served on the boards of the Cox School of Business at SMU, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the Dallas Citizens Council, and Goodwill Industries of Dallas.
