Dallas, TX – June 25, 2024 – Dallas Capital Bank’s Senior Credit Officer, Jessica Aaron, has been named to the Dallas Business Journal 2024 class of 40 Under 40. The 18th annual event honors rising stars in the North Texas business community. These men and women are leaders in companies of various sizes and stages, reflecting the diversity of industry and entrepreneurship that comprises North Texas’ business ecosystem.
President and Chief Banking Officer Jason Matthews comments, “Jessica has been instrumental in the overall growth and success of Dallas Capital Bank over the last 8 years. She leads by example, never asking her team to do something she wouldn’t ask or expect of herself. I’m proud to work alongside her and can say without question… we wouldn’t be where we are today without her.”
Aaron joined Dallas Capital Bank in 2015 and was promoted to her current role in 2021, leading a team that provides underwriting for the bank’s Commercial, Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate, and Private Banking lines of business.
An active working mom, Jessica coaches 4th grade volleyball and kindergarten cheerleading, and has co-led Troop 4782 of the Girl Scouts of NE Texas since 2020. She gives back to her community through 100 Women of Sunnyvale and served as team lead for the DCB Habitat for Humanity Holiday 2023 playhouse build project.
Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in banking and financial support services from Sam Houston State University.
This year's 40 Under 40 Awards winners will be honored at an event on Tuesday, June 25, at Toyota Stadium.
