Dallas Capital Bank Announces Clark Mercer as Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance

Dallas, TX – October 31, 2024 – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Clark Mercer as Senior Vice President, Director of Compliance.  Mr. Mercer will report to Doug Staley, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer.

"Clark is a seasoned leader with a strong track record of success," said Mr. Staley. "His ability to guide and motivate teams, coupled with his keen understanding of compliance regulations, will be a major contribution to our organization."

Mr. Mercer brings more than 32 years of banking experience with 22 years in compliance and risk management to his new role. He will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the bank's Compliance Management Program including the BSA/AML Program.
