Mr. Staley is a 33 year banker who has spent most of his career focusing on risk management, credit administration and special assets. He has served at senior levels of bank management for 23 years. Prior to joining Dallas Capital Bank, he served in a variety of executive roles at Cadence Bank, Capital One Bank and Hibernia National Bank. He has proven skills as a strong leader, with a history of building effective teams. Mr. Staley received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M Commerce.
