DALLAS, TX – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Stan Bomar who will serve as Senior Vice President, Director of Mortgage Warehouse Finance and John Thomson who will serve as Vice President, Mortgage Warehouse Manager.
Mr. Bomar brings more than 40 years of mortgage experience to Dallas Capital Bank. In addition to extensive mortgage warehouse experience, Mr. Bomar has deep experience in secondary marketing, securitization, and mortgage banking. In his new position, he will be responsible for continuing to grow Dallas Capital Bank’s presence in the mortgage warehouse industry.

Prior to joining Dallas Capital Bank, Mr. Bomar was the Senior Vice President, Director of Warehouse Lending with another Texas based financial institution where he built a significant warehouse business over the last decade. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
Mr. Thomson brings 10 years of experience to his position as Vice President, Mortgage Warehouse Manager. He will be responsible for working with Mr. Bomar to grow Dallas Capital Bank’s warehouse presence overall, and he will manage both the administration and portfolio management functions within the department.

Mr. Thomson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and his Bachelor of Arts degree in History, also from SMU.
