Dallas, TX – February 16, 2023 – Dallas Capital Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jarrod Griggs as Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Griggs will report to Patrick Brown, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Griggs brings more than 15 years of banking experience to his new role, including the last 5 years at First United Bank focusing on CRE lending and relationship management. Prior to that, he spent over ten years with Frost Bank. He will be responsible for providing real estate developers and investors customized financing solutions for the construction, acquisition, expansion, or upgrade of multifamily, retail, office or industrial properties. Dallas Capital Bank’s commercial real estate products include traditional acquisition and refinance term loans, short-term bridge loans and construction and development financing.
Griggs received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota, where he was member of the football team.
