Dallas Capital Bank Adds Two New Bankers

Dallas Capital Bank today announced the addition of Tara Campbell and Russ Burch to their growing team of commercial bankers. Campbell will serve as Deposit & Client Services Executive responsible for leading a team of dedicated specialists providing best-in-class client service and the integration of market-leading products and systems to provide an excellent overall experience for our clients. In addition, Burch has joined as a Senior Vice President in the Commercial Banking group and will focus on developing new relationships, both loan and deposit, with middle market companies throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Tara Campbell headshotCampbell’s 13+ years of experience include serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Loan Operations at Titan Bank.  Previously, she has also held roles as Vice President of Legal and Closing at Goldman Sachs, Assistant Vice President and SBA Closing Manager at American Business Lending, Inc., and Vice President and SBA Closing/Funding Manager at BBVA Compass. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.




Russ Burch headshotBefore joining Dallas Capital Bank, Burch was a key member of the Capital One Bank team for 12 years, serving most recently as Director, Senior Business Banker. Burch is a Dale Carnegie-certified trainer in professional and personal leadership.  In addition, he serves as a member of the Marketing and Entrepreneurship Committee at Collin College, as well as a lecturer to local businesses on topics ranging from strategic selling techniques to financial services solutions. Burch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver.
